"I always enjoy staying at this hotel and find the staff very kind and helpful. But I do have one issue and that is with the pillows. It would be very helpful to have two styles on each bed - a thick pillow and a thin pillow. Having a proper, thinner pillow would have been appreciated."

"This hotel offers excellent value for money and is located just five minutes from the metro. Although it is a bit far from the city center, it is a good, affordable hotel; our room was cleaned daily, and breakfast was complimentary. However, there are hardly any options for food or drinks in the immediate vicinity."

"Our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. We stayed for two days with our children, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very poor.
The carpet in our room had a very bad smell, making the room unpleasant. We requested room service, but no one came to clean the room second day , we slept like that . There was no hand soap provided in the room, which is a basic necessity that every hotel should have available for its guests.
The swimming pool was extremely dirty and did...

"Clean room, comfy bed. The SHOWER was AMAZING! I was able to wash some clothing quickly before a show. It's located in a perfect place close to food places, and a short walk to bus stops that can take you to the subway lines. The restaurants by the place are also really nice. It was perfect stay and comfortable. "
