Our stay was excellent. The staff went out of their way to ensure a fantastic stay. We had someone with Celiac in our party. The staff did an excellent job in accommodating our needs. At breakfast, they were able to make separate eggs and bacon as to avoid cross contamination from the buffet. They also had gluten free bread options. Dinner was a similar experience giving us confidence to be able to eat safely. Thank you to all the staff that made it possible!! The location of the hotel was very ideal as well. We would definitely stay there again.

From start to finish this is one of the best experiences I have ever had in Europe. The hotel is the perfect size and extremely elegant. The restaurant was amazing and the bar at night was lively and comfortable.

By chance I chose this property for my stay in Como. What a HUGE blessing! The staff was so helpful and kind and I truly loved the accents! The property is stunning and lures you in from the moment you pull into the drive with vines and architecture surrounding you. Enter thru a beautiful entry with a winding red carpet stairway that leads you to an enchanting room of old world charm and luxury. I wanted to drink coffee all day and read a book in this room. In fact every common area you wanted to spend time in like it was a hope of a royal family. We then entered our room! I was so very pleased and excited...I felt like royalty. So clean, very elegant and a view! The windows are adorned with beautiful curtains and wooded shutters to block the light from the windows that open out to the view of lake and courtyard of the city! This is worth every dime you spend to stay.

Everything about this property was wonderful. The fact that it had parking made things very convenient. The welcome reception was lovely and the room was small which was expected, had an absolutely gorgeous view of the lake. The breakfast buffet was complete at the atmosphere at the bar and breakfast area. Also had a fantastic vibe and view of the lake. Strongly recommend this property

Really impressed with the stay. I stayed there in March 2026, and it is the best hotel I have stayed at in Italy. Very clean, amazing art and decor. Very central so it is close to the shops and restaurants. And thanks to the hotel for upgrading me!

Nice little boutique hotel. Great restaurant and bar area. Excellent location, I don't know if you can get much closer to the action. Staff was helpful and we would go back for sure. Walkable to both train stations which was convenient for travel to Milan or other areas.

The staff at the hotel were all SO wonderful and kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk helped us with all of our needs. From bus schedules to things to do. The room itself was clean and spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. We had a king sized bed (which is rare in Europe). Breakfast every morning was delicious. The location is perfect. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were courteous and friendly. I was travelling alone and had booked a single room. While it was quite small, it was really nice and I had a view of the lake. The hotel has a great old world charm. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was excellent and included in the price. I can thoroughly recommend the Albergo terminus.
