Their services are very heart warming and flexible. They picked us up at the late of the night, plus they provided welcome snacks and souvenirs too. If I give them an advice for improving, it is cleanliness. The property is obviously old, therefore they should be care about maintenance more. Other than that it is amazing.

The hotel has a great view of Angel Road across the , its only a quick drive from Tonosho pier with lots of supermarkets and convenient stores nearby. The rooftop pools are a great plus in which one can enjoy it all. Arrive early (before 5pm) if you want a good parking spot, they seem to be all taken by evening time. Overall the services was good with personal touches A few suggested areas to improve on: - Grooming of staff in the dining area should be reviewed, noticed staff's hair were not all neatly combed or tied u - The hotel looks as though it has had better days from the 1980s, a lot of the interior furnishings are getting tired looking and requires a refresh; this i believe would help the business keep going for many years to come.

Although this hot spring hotel is kind of old but the service and view from the room was amazing. Free bikes for use (must reserve with the hotel first, cause there are only few free ones). Public Bath and Outdoor Hot Spring did not meet our expectation. There is no bath in the room therefore you must use the public bath. Outdoor hot spring was more like placing a Jacuzzis on the rooftop, quite small.

We had a large Japanese Family room ( non-smoking) with shower room and separate toilet which gave us a comfortable space for 4. For us, this was a far better option than our initial room - which had a better view out to Angel Walk but was smoking, smaller and had no shower.The staff were very understanding and changed our room with no fuss. We then had a very pleasant stay and the staff were always very welcoming and helpful, even picking us up after our day trip to Naoshima . Enjoyed the rooftop onsen.
