"This property is not the party vibes you may think based on Live Aqua in other destinations. However they are close to the nightlife of Quintana Avenue (5th Street) a few steps and you’re in nightlife row. Their food quality was definitely the highlight and the pools."

"In general, the hotel is clean and employees make sure you are enjoying your stay. Rooms are ok. Nothing out of this world. Everything is thinking for the best experience of kids, and obviously that's the reason we chose this hotel. However, food was simply ok. Not to the level of hotel it promotes or the money you pay. The main attraction is the water park, but it was so packed of people coming with a day pass. Food at the water park is not good at all. Drinks are 8/10. The schedule for the restaurants are not convenient due to the lay out of the hotel. I mean, there's no where to have breakfast in the morning in the room building. Nothing open after hours. I'm glad we had this experience, but I don't think we'd coming back again."

Guy that does the cooking classes very good. Fire show was awesome."

"I chose Hyatt Vivid for a solo trip to Playa and it did not disappoint. The property is clean, the rooms are spacious, and the pool was phenomenal. I think the food is on par with other All Inclusives at similar price points. I have had better food but paid a premium for it. The staff were amazing and so helpful and accommodating."
