"When I first drove up, I thought - uh oh. But when I walked in my cabin, it was seriously better than the outside looked. Well appointed, clean, comfortable and roomy. Michelle was very kind - even allowed me to use her wash and dryer. If you're looking for the Ritz, go elsewhere. But if you want a good value, this is it. 15 minutes from the visitors center."

The staff go out of their way to be helpful, and restaurant breakfast and dinner were pretty good! The view over the river from the restaurant was nice. "The outside of the house was cute but the inside was a bit out of date and some things were falling apart. There was also no hot water so doing dishes and showering was not that pleasant. When we went to leave the first day, the door handle came off and I had to pop it back on. It was an okay stay, I get the pride is high because it’s in Sequoia but not worth the price in my opinion. "
