"We went for our honeymoon and stayed 6 nights, 7 days and it was an absolutely amazing trip! This place is awesome! There are so many things to do for adults and kids, the staff are always doing some kind of activity! We loved the food and drinks never had anything we didn’t like! The property and room were always clean and nice! Most of all the staff were incredible! They were very genuine and so welcoming, you could tell they were happy to see you everyday, it was very nice to feel so welcomed by everyone! They were also always willing to help in any way they could! Will definitely be staying here again in the future!"

"THE FOOD WAS AMAZING.I thought my stay was amazing. I stayed there for over 4 days and realized what it means to be at an all inclusive resort. However, they had signs in the room that they do laundry service and you realize how important laundry service is when your sweating alot but they said they cancelled that service. Another thing was when I switched tables during the buffet service in the hotel, the hostess at the time questioned why I had done that like it was a big deal. Also, the person serving drinks seemed shocked I was there. I feel like people meeting new people and wanting to sit with others is normal at an adults only resort. Hands down the best worker I ran into the was the activities person. He led the water volleyball and water aquatics. Amazing personality. Also, the maid service was amazing. She organized everything."

"First off, it’s a nice resort and pretty much everything is included in the price. So if that’s your bag, don’t let the following put you off. My wife and I stayed for our honeymoon and were disappointed. Firstly, the food was generally quite basic/poor (with very few decent options for vegetarians/vegans) and there was a weird tendency towards either steak or shrimp, which seemed to dominate. Secondly, there was an off-putting culture of basically trying to upsell the whole time e.g. I ordered a glass of wine in the French restaurant, to which the waiter ‘recommended’ that I have the bottle (I said no thanks, and the vintner did it again later on). This behaviour was similar for services such as transfers, etc. Thirdly, there was an obnoxiousness from some guests that spoiled things. On one night we were awoken at 4am by a bunch of people speaking loudly on an adjacent balcony, and the general culture seemed to be to drink a lot of cocktails and get rowdy. Appreciate that’s not everybody but it was enough to impact us. As a resort that bills itself as ‘luxury’, it felt a bit showy, with more emphasis on volume and alcohol than genuine quality. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although as I’ve said this was called into question when I refused to be upsold."

"This was a very relaxing experience as me and my wife were on our one year anniversary. We decided to upgrade to the preferred swimout which was a good upgrade. The lounge was peaceful and our concierge was very attentive to our needs. The only i guess “bad” thing was the towels were extremely rough lol. But overall this was a 5 star experience"

"The hotel was okay, nothing out of the ordinary. I think it is very overpriced for what they offer. The gym didn’t even have something as basic as cold water, and the coffee machine in the room had small insects in it. There wasn’t much variety of drinks available — only basic options — compared to other hotels I have stayed at before, where I paid much less than for this hotel. Overall, this hotel was not what I expected for the price I paid."
