"This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties...

"This hotel is perfectly positioned in PDLC near to amenities & the centre of town. Stunning views to Teide. Also it’s right next to the bus station which makes it easy to get around the island. The staff here are very friendly & helpful & always take the time to chat to you - their language skills are excellent. The food in the restaurant is excellent quality at both breakfast & dinner with plenty of choice and well presented. The new spa is a welcome addition & reasonably priced. The rooftop...

"Spacious and well decorated room with pretty wooden furnishings, large covered balcony, extensive sea view and good pool. Checking in and out were smooth and staff very accommodating. Ample secure parking provided but quite an inconvenient location with few amenities, shops or restaurants nearby. Would happily stay again and highly recommend as a more budget-friendly option."
