I’m quite disappointed with the room service during my stay. I called twice to request an extra quilt or bedsheet from the room service team and once at reception, but despite staying for five nights, no one ever provided it. Additionally, it was very disappointing to find that the indoor pool is not available for children and the outdoor pool isn’t suitable for kids either. This makes the hotel not very family-friendly, which isn’t clearly stated on website. I would strongly recommend making this information clearer for families planning to stay.

Preis/Leistung war gut. Ruhiges Zimmer (innerhalb des Hotels, d.h. gute Lärmisolierung zu Hotelgang, obwohl unser Zimmer genau an der Seite der Lifte war.) Pool nicht überfüllt, stets saubere Badetücher verfügbar. Einschränkung: Parkplatz für Mietauto ca. 15 Minuten entfernt beim Hafen jederzeit verfügbar. Ums Hotel herum war keine Chance, einen Parkplatz zu finden. Viele Restaurants verfügbar in kurzer Gehdistanz.
