"The restaurant staff were very good, but the food wasn’t great. The pool lifeguard with the towels was so rude nearly every day. It’s a shame you don’t get basic amenities in the room like water and better bathroom amenities. "

"The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean."

"Breakfast is good and diverse but gets boring when you stay 7 days because it’s 95% the same ,I think they should change the fruits and vegetables every few days!The rooms are spacious but not much sun and the only things I was missing is a terrace or balcony any space to dry ,specially when coming from the beach and you have no place to dry your swimming costume and towels "

"Great property with equally spectacular views of the ocean, golf course and mountains! Rooms are spacious and well-appointed! Dining options are abundant - from an informal pool side cafe to a fancy, multi course dinner tasting menu! Lots of places to lounge - poolside or to stare off at the views. Check-in process was a tad long for my taste but overall a 9.9!!"

"I think for the area, this is one of the nicer hotels. Location and parking are decent. The rooms look nice, but my husband and I found the beds to be a little uncomfortable and felt like the cleaning staff didn’t really clean the room, just changed the bedding and towels. He We only had our room cleaned once and I can tell almost immediately that the bathroom countertops had not been wiped down.
