"Das Zimmer war soweit schön und modern, leider hatten wir die Dusche und das Waschbecken im Zimmer und nur das Klo in einem separaten Raum. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und es war für jeden was dabei. "

"Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Atmosphäre, das Personal, und einfach auch das Publikum, also die anderen Gäste… alles war wunderbar. "This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties...
