"We wanted a charming and cosy hotel, something spesial and it was perfect! Just what we was looking for, with a livingroom were we could have a drink and read a book in the evening. The food in the restaurant was realy good, and also included canarian spesialities."

"Kanan (I’ve hopefully have that correct as she deserves recognition) was amazing. we we’re put in a terrible situation with the villa we had booked, in that it was inhabitable, awful. We urgently had to find somewhere quickly as the company were not helping resolve the issue. She was welcoming calm & very kind. Rooms couldn’t have been any cleaner "

"Kamer was fantastisch en elke dag brandschoon opgemaakt. Personeel uiterst vriendelijk en een prachtig zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Mooie zwembaden en voorzieningen. Ook heerlijk wandelen op de wandelboulevard langs de kust. "

"Volgens de omschrijving is er een bubbelbad; dat is in dit geval een gewoon bad met bubbel installatie. Dus geen hot tube of zo. Kamers zijn schoon, personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten is er erg goed met een ruime keuze aan gerechten."

"Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We arrived at 2am and they expedited check in to allow us to get to our room. They also agreed to hold our luggage once the airport found it until the end of the cruise even though we were not staying with them at the end of the cruise. Exceptional customer service! Great location in Tenerife as well! "

"Just had a lovely stay at the Cleopatra Palace. Hotel is in a great spot, right on the front, use your room key to open gate onto the front. Hotel is situated on the golden mile, so many choices for food and drink and plenty of shops. Staff were friendly, breakfast had a good selection. Plenty of sun beds by the pool (pool was a bit cold). Only downside is the hotel is starting to look tired, needs renovating but other than that! It’s our 2nd stay and will be back again. "
