"Perfect location, not far from airport and a taxi ride away to Puerto Del Carmen (about 12 Euros). room with ocean view, clean and modern. Upgraded to Preferred Club would highly recommend. Food good quality, cocktails are genuinely good especially Espresso Martini. Staff super efficient and friendly. Been here a few times and won’t be the last. Perfect place for total relaxation. "

"Der Aufenthalt war gut! Gutes Zimmer, gottlos gutes Frühstück! Nur ist es insgesamt etwas zu laut! Überall und ständig musikalische Beschallung! Was nicht schlimm wäre, wenn es sich, wie es im Hotelnamen steht; um Hard Rock und Metal handeln würde! Stattdessen bekommt man ziemlich viel elektronische Musik zu hören! Insgesamt war es trotzdem sehr schön! "

"Ok, very dark lighting vibe and not a 5 star experience but well located with lovely pool areas. Check in took a while and no parking for guests (had to park on street a fair walk from hotel or pay €12 a day on site). Huge hotel and our room was miles from all the amenities. Ok but would choose another for the price."

"There were a collection of things that made our stay less than disappointing. Number 1: There was an extremely drunk guest who harassed our group several nights in a row, even threatening to throw a table at us. Miguel, the hotel manager, told us after we complained that there was nothing he could do until the guest physically assaulted us and is witnessed by a member of staff. Very odd and we felt totally unsafe walking around incase we came across this aggressive guest. Other reasons...

"Lovely hotel experience, very premium experience in a nice location. The breakfast was well worth it and the pool area had plenty of seating (though I'd still recommend going early to get seats). The spa was also very worth the price. My main concern is that the Preferred Club breakfast was not worth the extra cost. The breakfast in the main area was better than the a la carte option. "Wonderful apartment complex! The staff were really lovely and the apartment was fantastic. We had a two bedroom sea and mountain view apartment near the central reception. The apartment was a little tired but otherwise really lovely and luxurious. For the money we were very happy with the apartment, it's one of the nicest places I've ever stayed in Spain/Tenerife. We opted for breakfast included as it wasn't much per person and the offering and timings were good. It did get very busy at times...
