So much thought has gone into the running of this hotel. Right from the moment we arrived we received fantastic attention from staff, all of whom were cheerful, helpful and caring. Our room was amazing, with a huge bed and magnificent view. Absolute comfort was ensured. Food was delicious, in great quantity and with various cuisines. We went for the fully-inclusive package and wouldn't hesitate to do that again. The pool was inviting and we appreciated the ease and stress-free management of booking sun-loungers!

Fabulous Holiday

The hotel is a delight, incredibly clean and the staff are friendly. The pool area was pleasant. The only downside was they offered Expedia Gold VIP perks at booking but it proved difficult to get the perks at the hotel.

Lovely hotel just a couple of minutes from the beach. The sea and sunset views by the outside bar are lovely. The staff are amazing and can’t do enough for you. Rooms are big and really comfy and clean. Breakfast was fab, with different options each day too. It’s a shame that there are so many areas of sunbathing / pool that you can’t access unless you have priority / premium access. But that’s a minor thing really. Would happily stay again.

Excellent location, fantastic food, the best service we have experienced in a Hotel to date. The staff are what make this Hotel excellent, they are friendly, attentive and can not do enough for them. We upgraded to all inclusive on arrival for a discount and it was so worth it. Premium drinks and delicious food. Highly recommend a stay here.

Hotel is fantastic. Staff were amazing. We paid for Prestige upgrade which is worth it for the rooftop swimming pool and self serving bar. Hotel was busy but never felt overcrowded. Lovely food with lots of choices. Hotel is a short walk to a lovely beach with volcanic sands and some bars amd restaurants. Can't wait to go back.

We loved our third stay at the Iberostar Selection Sábila. The resort is excellent, breakfast is unbelievabley amazing with a wide variety of fresh options. The pool is great and we especially enjoyed the animation team, Maggie & Sara, who led us every day in a fun water zumba activity. They were a lot of fun and made our stay even more enjoyable. We also did a great workshop with them and learned how to make our own Canarian mojo sauce. We are already planning our next trip back!

A nice hotel i would say and not a resort. The all inclusive for the food didn't have a lot of options, they serve the same thing almost everyday, so i wouldn't recommend doing the all inclusive but overall it was a nice place. They gave me a tablet to give them a review about my stay while i was there, which i did include some things i wished they could've done better, and to my surprise they reached out to me when i went for dinner. This really showed thdey cared about there customers and that's why they are getting my 5 stars.

The property was very clean and very easy to navigate to. The buffett for breakfast and dinner had a lot of options. The negative to the property was that upon check-in, aside from not receiving our welcome drink, there was no explanation or overview of the property given. The restaurants and their offerings and location were not given. I am a platinum member with discount benefits and various amenities that were not given or received. After inquiring three times, upon checkout a member of the staff finally tried to assist us. Dave, the valet was the kindest staff member.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights found it was extremely noisy staff were friendly but did not tell us that we need to book the workshops Hotel was clean but shower water was coming out Beach access was not great Pool and area was extremely clean Gourmet market had dinner squid was over cooked not happy So it had its pros and cons but I won’t be coming again I am sure there are other hotels for this price Really enjoyed the workshops Carmella was friendly and helpful Side sea view not good Beautiful sunset from pool area Breakfast was very rushed and too many people

I have waited to submit this review, hoping that I could come to a resolution with this hotel. My husband and I had good experiences with Iberostar before (but never had an issue we needed customer service for). However, this trip he got food poisoning from the resort. We ate only their food there for the 48 hours before. I am a physician and understand that this happens. However, when I went to talk to the manager about a refund for my husband's breakfast they refused and stated there was no way to get food poisoning from their hotel. They stated it was a virus and I would get it too. I found this insulting as a physician. My husband had profuse nausea and vomiting that lasted from 2 PM to 10 PM and ruined our last day in Tenerife. I never did get sick. Very classic food poisoning. I was simply asking for about 15 euro refunded back. Since then I have spent the past month trying to resolve this issue. I have spoke to several managers and now they have sent me to their lawyer. Apparently my breakfast reimbursement for a whole day ruined is too much to ask for. How pathetic. In summary, Iberostar hotels have good resources. HOWEVER, absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We will not be going to an Iberostar again and I wouldn't recommend one to anyone.

The property was 5 star adults only. But its grounds were limited and its rules were unnecessarily restrictive. For instance we paid for a late checkout to 2.00pm. But we couldn’t have our all inclusive available during that time. We could also not have any al a carte dining during the 5 days we stayed whereas when we go to Sandals, the AI Is available right to the time of leaving the hotel.
