"Le personnel est particulièrement chaleureux, disponible, agréable et souriant. Presque tous parlent français et font l’effort de le parler. Buffet riche et varié, tout le monde y trouve son bonheur. Les chambres sont correctes et le ménage fait tous les jours. Seul bémol mais sans importance pour nous puisque nous ne recherchions pas ce critère, c’est l’animation. La plage est située à quelques mètres. Séjour très agréable."

"Wir haben den Aufenthalt als Grupper sehr genossen. Wir hatte eine Deluxe-Suite und daher einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder."

"La ubicación es buena , lo único malo es que te cobran por resguardarte el equipaje y es lento el servicio por que lo tienes que hacer virtualmente y es tardado. Es el Único detalle de ahí en más todo excelente"

"A four star hotel with a five star hospitality. Service of Regina’s staff is way better than those five star hotels that I visited throughout my Europe trip for 2025. The suite is good, the breakfast and strategic location. "

"The a/c and automatic toilet did not work, and we had to move rooms. All worked then. Restaurant service was terrible. A 30 minute meal turned into over an hour and a half, as there were not enough staff to serve. To top it all, the French fries served were over cooked, short of being burned. They said they would replace them, but it took so long that we decided to just leave. They did remove the French fries from our bill. But, to pay the bill was another long, long wait."
