"A great stopover hotel for KL transit. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the shuttle to the terminals runs on demand and smoothly, and the location is ideal for the international terminal. Everything was clean and comfortable. The pool area was under renovation during the stay, but it seemed in line with broader updates the property is undertaking and did not impact use."

"Staff good. Food buffet rubbish and not well maintained at night. Rooms are noisy and walls and roof are thin ..not good forna transit hotel near an airport. Aircon in room didnt work..moved to another room. Dinner buffet was not refilled and coffee machines were not working . Short staffed."

"This property was clean and very comfortable bedding. Very close to the airport and near mall but an hour from the city centre. Very basic services room only but all we needed. Airport will rip you off charging 200 for a booked cab to get to hotel but it’s only 50 their money and 30 to the mall. Reception will organise a cab for you at real prices and the cab driver we got to the mall we used to get to the airport.."

" Zero Star Review – Glory Beach Resort I booked 4 nights and 5 days at Glory Beach Resort in Port Dickson, expecting a comfortable family stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I checked in. The unit I was given was completely run down and honestly unlivable. The condition was very poor and nothing like what is shown in the photos online. I immediately requested if there was a better unit available. Staff showed me another unit on a different floor, but it was in the same unacceptable condition. Because of this, I decided to cancel my stay and requested a refund. However, the management refused, stating that it is their policy that no refunds are allowed under any circumstances — whether you stay or not. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, losing the full amount I paid to Glory Beach Resort. My advice to future guests: do not book in advance without seeing the actual unit first. The pictures look nice, but the reality is completely different. Don’t get misled by the promotional images. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone."
