"If you have an early flight out of KL, this hotel is a no-brainer. Rather than setting an alarm for some ungodly hour and enduring a long taxi ride from central Kuala Lumpur, you’re literally a few minutes from departures via their golf buggy shuttle. The convenience alone justifies booking it. A nice bonus is the Bar and Grill, which stays open until around 3 AM — so if you arrive late and want a proper meal, a beer, or a glass of wine, you’re covered. That kind of flexibility is rare at airport hotels and makes a real difference. The hotel was very busy during my stay, but it didn’t affect the service at all — staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. The room was comfortable with a good shower, though this isn’t a brand new property and the décor reflects that. The facilities are still perfectly good, just not the most modern you’ll find these days. It is relatively expensive by Kuala Lumpur standards, but you’re paying for the location and the convenience, and on that basis it delivers. If you’re transiting through KLIA or have an early departure, save yourself the stress and book a night here."

"Staff friendly, checked in online and all went quick at counter, efficient. Great lobby as well as outside relax area. Beds comfy and although bathroom small ok for the size. No disturbance from planes. And do close to the terminal, just a covered short walk Breakfast good, very long opening hrs starting at 4.00 am! Roti station outside in relax area. A group of guys (ADE)already eating bf afterwards depleted bf items by filling up take away containers, bags as well as bottles. Which some drank from to than fill them up with juices... very unhygienic. As a frequent hotel guest over the years this hotel has strived to improve and I for sure will use their services again when at KLIA2"

" Zero Star Review – Glory Beach Resort I booked 4 nights and 5 days at Glory Beach Resort in Port Dickson, expecting a comfortable family stay. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment I checked in. The unit I was given was completely run down and honestly unlivable. The condition was very poor and nothing like what is shown in the photos online. I immediately requested if there was a better unit available. Staff showed me another unit on a different floor, but it was in the same unacceptable condition. Because of this, I decided to cancel my stay and requested a refund. However, the management refused, stating that it is their policy that no refunds are allowed under any circumstances — whether you stay or not. I had no choice but to leave and book another hotel, losing the full amount I paid to Glory Beach Resort. My advice to future guests: do not book in advance without seeing the actual unit first. The pictures look nice, but the reality is completely different. Don’t get misled by the promotional images. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone."
