"We had a great stay here as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our room was amazing and all staff members were so kind and helpful. My favorite parts were the delicious in-room breakfast service and our incredible massage! An Adepa driver picked us up from the airport and the hotel was also great about helping us book a driver to get around while we were there and even get to our next destination in Bali. "The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...

"The staff is nice and the hotel rooms are pretty spacious with all the essentials provided. Yet there's not much point in that because hot water kept quitting. First, they had a water heater issue for 2 days and cold water came out of both taps. Then they fixed it for a day and then the water stopped entirely. Very poor maintenance of the property.
