The best hotel in Pataya Beach. Amazing view from your room & overall service very good plus top daily cleaning. Breakfast also really good with again outstanding view on the bay. In my opinion this is the best location in KL considering cost per night & overall service. Strongly recommend this place.

Best views on Koh lipe due to raised position. Staff very helpful with any requests we had. Not luxurious or polished but a nice quiet position, a hammock on each veranda with excellent views from rooms and breakfast area. Lots of steep and uneven steps to take in to mind if you plan to visit

Overpriced but lovely balcony and hammock.

Stayed here for one night at a cost of over 5k thb a night. Which I felt was overpriced as stayed at another hotel on island for 700thb more and that hotel was exceptional offered its own pool. This hotel should be max 4k. Lovely balcony but hard hammock, poky room and very basic bathroom. Very limited amenities, poor quality towels, no water for teeth cleaning, no beach towels no sun loungers, no kayak included & quite basic breakfast. But great view at end of Pattaya beach. Staff are kind though and welcoming.

Loved it

Stayed here 4 nights and we loved it. Staff was great, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was super, a little bit of everything and the chef (who by the way was super charming) was manning an egg station with a variety of choices to order. Room was nice and clean, good air conditioning. Amazing view from the balcony with our private hammock and small table with chairs. We liked the fact that the place was located in the end of the beach and on the hillside as this made it calmer and gave us some space from the quite busy beach area closer to the walking street. Good to know, as the place is on a hillside, there are a lot of stairs. Staff was helpful and carried the luggage up and down these. Bathroom was a bit worn down but ok. Only thing that could have been better was that Wi-Fi was slow, this however led to us spending more time in the hammock reading books and talking to each other.

Fint hotel med fantastisk udsigt

Hotellet var rigtig fint til prisen. Det var nemt at komme rundt på den lille ø og udsigten var god! Morgenmaden var ikke noget at prale af, men de lavede alt i æg, hvilket var rigtig lækkert.

Hotellet är i stort renoveringsbehov, badrummet var i ett skjul som blev som en bastu när solen stod på (dvs alltid). Hade kackerlackor, ödlor och ett helt gäng myror i badrummet. Städningen fick man be om (trots sura blickar och suckar av personalen). Städningen var fruktansvärt dålig, fick inte rena handdukar trots att vi bad om det 3 gånger… Ska jag hitta något positivt så var det toppen med gratis shuttle service från båten till hotellet!

Wir waren froh ein Upgrade zu bekommen, wir wirklich laute und unverschämte Nachbarn hatten. Das Hotelpersonal hat uns ernst genommen und sofort eine Alternative angeboten. Wir bekamen ein besseres Zimmer, in dem es deutlich leiser war. Das Personal war zu jeder Zeit freundlich und hilfsbereit

Leider habe ich ein Falsches Datum bei der Buchung . Meine Reise ist erst Mitte Dezember 2022. Deswegen kann ich nichts über das Hotel Sagen. Leider hat auch die Stornierung mit dem Hotel nicht geklappt.

Nice hotel, noisy area

The resort was nice, however it was impossible to get sleep before 3 am or so, because there was very loud music on the beach. Then the speed boats start going at 8 am. Not as relaxing as we had hoped.

Överlag var vistelsen helt ok. Men det upplevdes i vissa fall som det var besvärligt att hjälpa oss. Tungt med väskor och många trappor. Ingen hämtade oss när vi kom men vi fick mycket bra hjälp när vi åkte. Rummet var helt ok, stranden jättefin även om detta rummet ej låg med utsikt över stranden utan en bit in i skogen. Bra frukost. Bra snorkling från stranden vid hotellet. Inga solstolar som andra hotell hade. Jag kan åka tillbaka till koh lipe men vi kommer välja ett annat hotell.
