"The beach view was great. The room was somewhat small. Our friends had a non lake view and it was a much larger room…so keep that in mind when booking! We had 2 kids with us so a bigger room would have been nice. But it you’re alone or a couple traveling, the lake view room would be great. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The the hotel shuttle was a big help getting us around so we didn’t have to pay for rides. "

"If you are looking for a location close to the Heavenly gondola with onsite parking then this is it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have everything you need and are comfortable. Parking was great and I was aloud to leave my car for the day after checking out to get some more run in on the mountain. I would definitely stay here the next time I’m looking to ski Heavenly Mountain. "

The place is pretty, but the main reason we booked this hotel instead of another one was because of the jacuzzi… and honestly that ended up being the biggest disappointment. It’s way too small for how many guests there are. "Parking was easy and secure. The property is one to two blocks from the main street; thus, it is quiet. The property managers are pleasant, friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the Air conditioning unit. It would come on, then cycle off after ten minutes. Had to restart the AC unit several times to cool the room. "

"Newly renovated with modern room was one of my most favorite places I’ve ever stayed in Tahoe. The bed was so comfortable and the TV was huge. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as well. There was a coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was super convenient. There was a small table with 2 chairs that made it nice to sit at and have a meal. The only thing I would say is that if you’re on the bottom floor you can hear every single footstep and house of the people above you. I did message...

"Nasty stuff. Dirty, laundry room, and cigarette butts all over the property that is pet friendly. Dirty mattresses outside. Laundry machine didn’t work. Sad this property used to be really cool."
