"Love the place and have stayed many times. Great concept and venue. Down side they are letting it slip a bit. One of the porch swings is dangerous and about to break. Someone will get hurt. The stairs are dangerous with mats overhang as trip hazards. I have no idea why nothing is done before someone gets hurt. My room was not cleaned as requested on my last night. Got back too late to remedy. Little things like decent basic ping pong paddles are no longer in the budget? I truly hope they turns...

"We like the proximity of the location to the lake and the village. We love that they had scooter access if you so choose too and did not want to walk. We did not have cleaning service and there was six of us and so there was a shortage of towels but we were able to go to the front desk and get a few a day. I would recommend bringing your own towels whether for the pool or the beach. They do have a nice discount for the beach versus what the public pays."

"The staff here gets 5 stars which is why I feel somewhat badly rating this motel so low. Deferred maintenance and uncleanliness issues are everywhere you turn. We had long black hairs on our shower curtain, the sink leaked with a constant drip, the shower curtain rod was bolted in but falling, the towel bar fell off the wall, we found uneaten food and misc under a nightstand from prior guests, and we couldn’t enjoy leaving the balcony door open because it smelled like natural gas outside. "My family loved it. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the beaches, shopping, restaurants, and hiking trails. We especially enjoyed the pool, and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was great being able to relax and cook home-cooked meals after long days of exploring. The only downside was that parking was a bit expensive, but overall it was an excellent stay, and we’d definitely come back."

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The microwave was placed on the floor under a table which was odd. The hotel provides a breakfast - hot items such as eggs, bacon, and potatoes, along with lighter choices like yogurt, cereal, pastries, and toast. Coffee, tea, and juices were also available, making it a convenient and satisfying start to the day."

"Loved that they are dog-friendly. Front desk/bar server gal working the night shift on Saturday, 6/27 was not very pleasant. She seemed annoyed the two short interactions I had with her. The boys enjoyed the smores’ treat. Bummed the hot tub was not working but still had to pay the “resort fee”. Good location, 10 min walk to Target, Starbucks and plenty of restaurants."

"Traveled with family. We stayed in chalet 1. This included 3 bedrooms, 1 of which has its own bathroom and shower. There is a patio in that room as well. The other 2 rooms were spacious and all beds were comfortable. The downstairs has 2 full bathroom and showers. This was nice as each family had their own space. Loved that Heavenly Village was walking distance and there were plenty of electric scooters to rent in the area if you’re feeling lazy to walk. The only real downside for me was how soft the bedding was. Mattress and pillows were too soft for my taste and I couldn’t really get a good nights rest.
