I just received an email to give my review. Well here it is. I was a little nervous staying at a hotel 6 being my first time, the front desk receptionists seemed nice and helpful in the beginning while booking my reservation.
My stay was a nightmare. Never again. I told them for days my toilet over flooded the bathroom and they kept telling me oh don’t worry house keeping will come at 9:30AM. No one came for days they kept telling me that and no one came. No towels for days because I used those towels to clean up the flooded mess in the restroom. Mind you my 9 year old daughter used the toilet last and she went number 1. It was definitely a plumbing issue. I heard it happened to someone else in another suite. I finally went in person and one guy told me the maintenance guy should have helped me with my toilet a long time ago because he stays downstairs in the lobby. So I’m guessing the other guys that told me maintenance should be there 9:30AM were lying or lazy or forgot to tell the maintenance guy to maintenance my toilet.
One of the guys said he would give me a discount for the trouble admitting they were at fault. And also finally gave me towels. I was finally relieved. After the maintenance guy fixed my toilet. The bathroom floor was left a mess. It

My discount was 20 DOLLARS OFF MY ENTIRE STAY! 20!
I will never stay here again the next time I come. I already reserved with another hotel. DO NOT STAY HERE! they don’t care about their guests at all.
