"Everything was great from check in, the room was clean and even had a towel goose on the bed with a bow on the paper towel roll, every thing was well thought out. Staff was amazing and super nice. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in town for work. "

"First the greeting from Leslie was top tier. He was so helpful, so kind & more importantly he was very respectful. I had so issues with my card. He was very patient while the issue got resolved even with a lobby full of waiting patrons he waited on me. After my issue was resolved I saw he moved on to the next person with ease and grace once again. I will definitely be back to this location & I hope he is there to check us in & out! He is a great access to this establishment! "

"Cleanliness of the room was not great. Had to switch rooms. You can smell the sewer water coming from the bathroom and have to keep the door shut. Staff in the office were very disorganized. "

"The Doubletree Greenway Plaza is not a new facility but it is updated and well maintained. The staff is friendly and professional. Two of the escalators to the parking structure were not working. Self parking can be challenging, so I would recommend valet."
