"I had the pleasure of meeting the night crew, Keith and Brittany, during my stay. Despite it being around 3 a.m. each time my husband and I approached the front desk, they were both incredibly friendly, energetic, and welcoming. Our interactions went beyond small talk they shared great conversation and even gave us awesome recommendations for places to eat and party in Houston. I truly enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to rebook when I return!"

"Beautiful hotel. Wonderful location. Great snacks in the room. Rooms run small since its a old hotel. Only 2 elevators for all floors including for staff use, so there can be a wait. Especially if one of the elevators goes down, which happened on check out day. Other than that, really enjoyed it. "

"We had some issues at first but they were very nice and made up in a major way, upgraded our room to a suit , a bottle of wine, and a 100.00 for food are drinks . They were very nice . I would stay there again and i recommend any to stay there . "
