"We found the hotel lacking a friendly & welcoming atmosphere. After paying $1050 a night for a room we expected a little more with amenities. A tiny square of soap bar left in the bathroom, one roll of one ply, toilet paper and a rug that was at the bathroom sink tattered and was not more than 2‘ x 14“. "La amabilidad del personal es muy buena. El servicio de los elevadores es muy bueno. Lo malo es el estado del cuarto y sobre todo el baño. Los WC son modelos de 1950 para personas de corta estatura y aunque han remodelado los baños, los WC son arcaicos. El personal de mantenimiento deja mucho que desear. No funcionaba la caja fuerte de mi cuarto cuando llegamos y lo reporté inmediatamente a las 8 PM. Me dijeron que mandarían a alguien y hasta las 10, nadie llegó. Puse el letrero de "no molestar"...

"Cleaning is every other day which is ok but they never cleaned.I had to ask for clean towels. The bathroom lighting is very dull and eas hard for me to do makeup and hair. Place needs renovations, the outlets needed repairs."

"Great location: 3 minute walk to the Norstrom Store of the Galleria, and walking distances to restaurants, bars and stores. The property is well maintained, plenty of parking. Hot breakfast and good quality coffee (so you don't have to go look for Starbucks). Staff are friendly and very attentive. Facility is well maintained. The laundry room (The Soap) is very clean, better than some of the homes. Plus the reasonable price, this is a great hotel to stay for a short shopping trip."
