"We were there because of a serious illness in the family. The staff was incredibly nice and supportive. The rooms are clean, quiet, comfortable and well kept. The shuttle is easy to use to any hospital in the medical center, or it is short walk. "

"Our room was great, figuring out parking garage elevator into hotel took a few but it’s simple. Take garage elevator to floor 1, get off and get on hotel elevator for your floor. Even had ev charging stations. Pool deck on 7 was nice and staff were friendly. Cards have to be used to access floors so safety was important. Breakfast had a variety and small available to go snacks were good"

"Well, I love to the hotel is so spectacular and spacious, nice and clean. Very convenient, around the area and close we’re going to my son school at RICE UNIVERSITY like 8/10 minutes away. "We stayed here to attend a service at Lakewood Church which is opposite. Service was great, dinner and breakfast were both excellent and the property is connected to Lakewood Church via an underpass which was super convenient."
