"The huge room was clean, no odors, soap containers were full, the bed and pillows felt comfortable. It was quiet at night. The thermostat can be turned up and down easily. The only reason I have not given 5 stars for cleanliness: The coffee packages by the coffee maker felt sticky to the touch.
Otherwise, I recommend this place. "

"The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet was plentiful, so many options available. The parking garage made parking convenient and secure. The hotel is perfectly located, many restaurants to choose from and is in close proximity to NRG. Front desk staff were unfriendly and acted agitated and annoyed. With the exception of the front desk staff everything was wonderful. "
