But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...

"The property had no hot breakfast meal as advertised since the entire kitchen and diniing area was under renovation. Instead, they provided a paper bag with one apple, one small pastry and one honey peanut bar. Possiby the price for the room was a bit lower than if the property's renovation had been completed? All in all, it was a nice and satisfactory room and property. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. The location including parking seemed very secure."
