But once we went down to tell them we were checking out and wanted a refund, everything changed. They were rude. A lady standing next to me needing to ask a question was completely ignored. Is she allowed out a little whistle, and the manager around the corner and out of sight, said "was that a whistle, how rude!" and still did not...

"Property was under construction so no real breakfast or access to really anything besides our room. I think there should be an alert when booking that a property is under construction and price accordingly"
