"This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is excellent. I would highly recommend and stay here again. The location is great. It is practically adjacent to Kyoto station which makes it very convenient to get around and there are plenty of options for food and shopping. We did not use the amenities or dining because we were busy exploring but I would imagine them to be excellent because this is the type of hotel that caters to their guests and shows a high level of care. "

"Our room was very clean and spotless, highly commendable! The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable! The amenities were good quality. My only negative comment centers around the bathtub! Due to my height and hip pain, I had difficulty getting in and out of the tub. What would have helped is if there were more handrails. Otherwise, I would highly recommend Hotel Granvia Kyoto to all my friends."
