"Absolutely smelly and discussing. Just don't go..... 😤 I was scared bad area. The only good thing was a two min walk to town an near seafront at Southend. "We stayed in the basement flat. So no views. On the upside the communication is excellent. Prompt response to any queries. The apartment was located well for south end and chalk well beach and it felt fairly safe to sleepy here. Very quiet at night in the apartment which was good.
