"Overall, our stay at Hallmark Inn in San Antonio was good. Sonia at the front desk was friendly and even let us check in an hour early with no hesitation, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, and we liked that the AC unit stayed running instead of constantly turning off like in many hotels. There currently aren’t any amenities available due to renovations, but hopefully there will be improvements once they’re finished."

"Near most of everything downtown related to San Antonio, took walks around the neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. No complaints from host. House was neat and had everything we needed!"

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at The Meyer Hotel. The hotel grounds are very pretty, with a beautiful pool as well. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and linens. The Meyer is just a half block from the shops and restaurants - very walkable. We parked our car on the first night and didn't move it again until we were leaving. I look forward to staying again soon!"

"My room had loose ragged material hanging from under the mattresses. The bathroom floor was filthy. The toilet stopped up and the guests above were super loud. The hallways on the third floor had says s on the carpet from paint and construction throughout. It was not appealing at all. The staff was super nice though."

"I arrived for check-in around 6:30 p.m. on Friday March 6. There was no one at the front desk so I waited a couple minutes. I rang the bell and still nothing. The maintenance man walked by and called someone on his walkie talkie and told me someone would help me soon. I waited a few more minutes and still nothing. I rang the bell many times and finally a young man came up from behind the door in the front desk area. He looked half asleep. Overall I waited about ten to twelve minutes before...
