"Its a very acceptable hotel. If you go in with regular expectations then it delivers. The pillows/ bed and sheets are all acceptable. The 2 queen bed room accomadates 4 easily. The tv is large and mounted. The bathroom is alittle interesting of a design, the shower head is waterfall and excellent pressure(though too close to the wall) making it a slightly awkward affair. The breakfast is okay, there's juices, grains (bread bagels) protein(eggs, sausages) good coffee. All in all it was a brief but comfortable stay. My only complaints were mentioned and they are slow to reverse deposits(still waiting on mine)"

"Check in staff were very helpful and nice. The room smelled fresh and everything was clean. The hot tub was working but they did let us know it had some sand from a leak , no worries. Location was quiet and close to the base."

"Everyone at the front desk was polite, courteous and attentive, with a friendly demeanor. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms looked to be recently remodeled. I was in town for the Airforce graduation ceremonies. This hotel is close to the Lackland base, with a convenience store on the corner, a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant next door, and only about a 10 mile drive to Downtown San Antonio Riverwalk, its the perfect choice for price and comfort. 10/10 would stay here again!"
