"I stayed in a 2 room villa, it was in great conditions, very clean, the kitchen well equipped, nice view to the forest. The pool is tempered, noteworthy, otherwise I wouldn't have used it considering the weather. Special mention to Sandy from Customer Service, so polite and accommodating. Only inconvenient for me was the check in until 4:00 and check out at 10:00, maybe it's just one our later/earlier than usual, but when traveling with kids makes a difference. Overall a fun stay, would stay...

"If you plan to arrive late not a great experience. Hotel is well secured. You can’t get to the front desk to ck in. I finally noticed a sign on a window that states ring bell for late night ck in. No reply for 15 mins. I recalled the number that I had called about 6 pm to let them know I was arriving late person said no problem we will be here. Same person answer in a groggy voice I told them I was there and had rung the bell and no answer. Barely opened the"

"Parking was good but you do have to pay nightly fee—$8. Breakfast is the best I’ve had anywhere. Staff pleasant. Always a good stay. They were painting back of building so pool and spa were all chained up. A bit disappointing as we were there a week. "

"Overall it was good to great. Day one didn't have the room I request front desl wasn't helpful. The following day I asked again with new person at front desk she was extremely helpful. She was going to work on finding a room we had requested. Left to run errand and returned another person at front desk gave us our new room. So overall it all worked out. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a queen business room, non-smoking . We were on the end, so there was only 1 room next to us and one above. We didn't hear a lot of noise from either room, nor from outside. We only had breakfast 1 day of our trip, selections were decent. There was 24/7 coffee which helped a lot. The room was pretty clean, the carpets could use a good shampooing. Room service came every day, we had fresh towels and rags each time. Trash was always emptied. Couldn't find a...
