"room size is nice. floors at entrance were super slippery. amenities were not mentioned at check in other than breakfast. parking was easy. no ev charger. breakfast wasn’t too bad. sausage. texas waffles and a not great egg and potatoes mix. "

"I stayed in a 2 room villa, it was in great conditions, very clean, the kitchen well equipped, nice view to the forest. The pool is tempered, noteworthy, otherwise I wouldn't have used it considering the weather. Special mention to Sandy from Customer Service, so polite and accommodating. Only inconvenient for me was the check in until 4:00 and check out at 10:00, maybe it's just one our later/earlier than usual, but when traveling with kids makes a difference. Overall a fun stay, would stay again."

"Breakfast was supposed to be included in our rate but the location was not well marked. Then when we found breakfast they tried to charge us $15.95 per person despite it being “included”. Ultimately we had the charge removed after showing our reservation but did not understand why they charged that to begin with. The buffet itself was standard eggs, potatoes, meats, fruits and a waffle station. The room was clean but definitely showed wear and tear such was furniture having some tears and carpet stains. No big deal. It did smell like urine in the hallway for the first 2 days of our stay-management did not have an explanation but did put a small fan near our room in the hallway I guess to try to dry it out? Housekeeping came once during our 3 night stay. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was a queen business room, non-smoking . We were on the end, so there was only 1 room next to us and one above. We didn't hear a lot of noise from either room, nor from outside. We only had breakfast 1 day of our trip, selections were decent. There was 24/7 coffee which helped a lot. The room was pretty clean, the carpets could use a good shampooing. Room service came every day, we had fresh towels and rags each time. Trash was always emptied. Couldn't find a skimmer for the pool, but we only used the pool once. The place is lit up very well at night. We didn't feel unsafe at any point. We were told that roaches are common in the San Antonio area, and we only saw 1 or 2 outside. Never in our room. We were able to adjust the temperature of the a.c. in our room, it was not regulated by the hotel. Our bathroom was very clean. The shower was easy to use and water pressure was good. There was always someone in the lobby when we went in. Check out was a little weird, as the housekeeper was helping us check out and she was unsure about some things. Also, we were told by her to just leave the room card there, so we didn't have an official checkout. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. "

"We absolutely loved our stay. Our room was clean and had working AC. Loved the layout of the breakfast/sitting area. Gym is clean with weights going up to 75 lbs. There are 2 Fussball tables and a shelf with some board games. Did not have time to check out the pool. There is a daily parking fee of $4.99. The hotel was clean with a pleasant and fun color scheme. I would 100% book here again."
