The experience was decent. The only issues i had were with the smell of alcohol in the room upon check in. Room was very clean but that smell was sunken in there. The other issue is that soap you provide. It leaves your hands feeling greasy and takes too long to wash off. The ac could use a little work but did its job. The room was clean and check in was easy. Will stay again since the issues were very minor and didnt affect the stay. Overall worth the price

Has an old odor to it. People outside sitting on curb smoking cigarettes Sinks needed better cleaning Some of those towels should not be used for your customers. I’m stopping here. I would not recommend this place

For thie first time I did not read the fine print that mentioned that the room was for smokers. That was like staying inside an ash tray, the odor was super strong. Overall, the room was clean, it included a microwave. However, it does have some areas of opportunity since the room didnt close correctly you would have to carry the door to the left and have it close correctly and also a piece of the tv stand was broken. For me I always pick this hotel since its close to the Sames Arena venue, its a good place to stay. Just watch correctly when you book! lol

Everything was OK. The only thing is that the hairdryer didn’t work and the TV was disconnected for two days. We could not get it to work until the last day but not a big deal. Everything was OK.
