"Great "

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the tv had streaming you can sign into, which was a plus, the air conditioner worked great. It's an aged hotel, but you can see their efforts to upgrade and keep it nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay there. It was peaceful. ;-). The shower was nice and clean as well. Be sure to have the 100$ refundable deposit and be sure to sign out of streaming services you sign into on the tv. The price was great! Oh, and exit on Rittiman and stay left to...

"This hotel is exceptional. You feel like you are at a resort instead of a hotel in the heart of the city. Staff is phenomenal. Amenities are incredible, two pools, one that has the view of the city, three hot tubs, and the breakfast options and the meal breaks they provide are nothing short of a resort style amenity. We had an amazing time. Thank you! We’ll be back! "

"Clean nice great location "

"This hotel is by far the best in this part of San Antonio, we have tried at least 4 or 5, and it tops all of them! Special thanks to Nancy who went well above and beyond making my stay really comfortable, including scrubbing the slippery floor until it wasn't slippery any more at 9pm!! Parking is free, breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items and the rooms are much bigger than any others we've had."

"The location of this hotel was centrally located and right in the Riverwalk. The people were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and we lived the layout with the sitting room separated from the bedroom. The hotel seemed a bit older but it was clean and we had everything we needed. "

"This was a solo trip for me, just for a single night. The staff was courteous and friendly. Check-in was a breeze and parking was easy, directly in front of the entrance. The room was on the bottom floor, right next to the kitchen and breakfast area. Waking up like a fat kid to the smell of pancakes and waffles! The room itself is starting to show its age, carpet looks worn and old. Bed and pillows were comfy. Overall, just fine for a 1 night stay. The area seems safe, it’s directly alongside...

"The room was clean, but the fan was incredibly noisy. Much louder than your standard hotel room. We asked to be moved and they kindly accommodated this, but the next room had a fan that hardly blew. I’ve seen multiple complaints on Google about the climate control at this hotel. It’s apparent that they need to upgrade their systems."
