Holiday Inn Chicago – Midway Airport S by IHG

8/10 Good

"I had several towels the had stains on them. Staff wasn’t always pleasant."

Sophy Hyde Park

10/10 Excellent

"The room was great! We were there two nights, chose not to have our room serviced, and ran out of Nespresso pods (there were only two). Did not call the desk for more. The housekeeping staff is unaware of how to assemble the Nespresso machine, so I had to put the puzzle pieces together, even though I’ve never had one. The front desk staff was amazing."
