My friend forgot her eye glasses in the room before check out and realized after. The staff went up and found it for her. They had fallen between the bed and nightstand. That’s above and beyond IMO."

"Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. "A very beautiful property just not the cleanest for the amount they want to charge. I'm thankful in the type of person that cleans every hotel before I stay or I wouldn't have been able to stay there at all. The amount of mold/mildew in the bathroom should definitely be addressed as their cleaning team definitely needs more training on basic cleaning methods. Other than the bathroom the rest of the hotel was clean and the staff definitely made up for the lack. I felt welcomed from getting out of...

"The hotel looks so dilapidated. There was only one damaged car in the parking lot at around 6 pm. I was so scared to walk in and we had to leave to find another place...... I don't understand how this hotel was still listed at Expidia?"
