"Insite parking huge plus. Decent hotel nothing special."

"Facilities were clean and the room had what we needed. Doors could be insulated better to reduce sound at the floor-to-door area. Neighbors were very loud waking us up several times. Security was called and promptly responded. Followed their word saying they would remove the guests if it happened a third time. Indeed, police were called and they were removed. The rest of the night was quiet. I would stay again for a short stay, but not an extended stay. Opinion would probably be better if not for the goofy situation. I would stay again. 4/5."

"It was amazing with great area center of China town, had breakfast and ready for the day!!! Safe and sound area, lots of shops around to visit."

"Main room and bathroom clean. The staff was really friendly and check goes on quickly and we didn’t have to wait on elevator which was nice. We do wish we have a little refrigerator in the room."

"Asked for a Zelle “refundable” deposit and denied refund citing violation of house rules however there are documented images from their security footage that we did not violate those rules they claimed we did. They told me I checked in with three other guests and sent security footages, those were my friends helping me move the luggage not guests checking in. The total number of guests never violated any rules. They don’t have heater/AC in the room, asked us to open the window or use the room heater if we feel hot or cold. The room heater doesn’t work. The bathroom didn’t have hot water. "
