"The hotel was perfect for our family. The room was clean and comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was perfect, even better than home. Our room was right by the elevator but it was still quiet. The location was great too. Several markets in walking distance that we made great use of. There’s also a Starbucks attached to the lobby which is wonderful. We had a short stay and still made use of the pool and daily breakfast which had something for everyone. Most of all the staff was beyond wonderful. The front desk was polite and helpful. And the cleaning staff were so kind and kept everything immaculate."

"First off, I have to say the two staff members at the front desk at check-in and -out were some of the friendliest, most welcoming, helpful hotel personnel I've ever encountered. Truly, ever. I wouldn't even be writing this review if not for them. Give them a raise. The room was fine. Very accessible. Free parking and a short walk to the Metra, which was sooo awesome. There were a couple dirty towels left hanging in the bathroom though, which is our only real complaint that it seems like it wasn't fully cleaned before we arrived."
