"Amazing property. Staff was so friendly. Loved all the food options. Airport shuttle was amazing bonus for us. Free ride to and from the airport. Played slots all weekend and we were hitting bonuses alot. High limit room is huge. Loved our first time there. We will be back. "

It’s nice to have someone that cares about you when you’re traveling . I gave this place a 10 out of 10. It’s clean. It’s convenient, the staff is awesome. "I paid for an upgrade and when I got to my room there was furniture missing. The table-desk. There was an office chair but no table. I called front desk and got a desk later that day. Amenities such as coffee and water are not replenished daily. Even after I requested. Check in was typical GSR. Long line going to the front entrance door. Understaffed check in . I love this hotel and Reno. Been coming here for forty years. Just how it is here."

"I just needed something safe for a night while traveling across the country. I was with a child and dog. I loved that the parking lot was well lit as I had a lot of luggage in the car. They had a designated dog area close to my room. The bed was comfy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the room smelled strongly of cleaner. I expect to cover up prior dog smell. However, I appreciated that I could bring my fur baby along though. I’d stay again if needed."
