"Charming old building. The staff were very friendly. When they learned it was our anniversary, they come to our room with a small bottle of champagne and glasses This is a pet friendly hotel, I’m Not sure I would have stayed here if I had done my research, but appeared clean enough. "

"The call centre number was not updated and the front desk of the resort didnt answer there phone. We were told there was a dock (we came by boat) and live music that began at 7 - the pub was closed since last summer. The internet didnt work, and the info book that was in our room said there was a grab and go breakfast nook that was open from 7am-3pm - it was not open. All of this being said it could have all been avoided if it gave dates of the off season and when the peak season began. I hope the best for this place."
