"No everything was good"

"Starting to show its age. Noticeable dust on ceiling and by vents. A nice hotel with a great pool for families and awesome location by sky train. But could use some updates and more detailed cleaning."

"Very close to downtown amenities, BC Place and Rogers Arena. Clean rooms and was decently priced."

"It was clean and they upgraded us to a corner suite when we checked in early!"

"It's nicely close to the airport. Newly renovated, I think. Cafe was great. Staff were uniformly helpful. Shuttle was prompt and clean."

"This was a nice hotel just know there is a fee to park. $21 dollars a night we got there at around 1030p-1045p but still paid for a days parking. Parking is underground and a tight fit going in. But overall the hotel was nice. Restaurant bar was not great they weren't serving food only minimal drinks. So it was pretty dead we went to neighboring places for food. DQ and pizza place"

"The rooms in Columbia tower are quite outdated and need a refresh."

"literally everything was pleasant, i cannot think of one bad thing that comes to mind about the stay."

"Excellent location. Easy to walk to many nearby locations in the heart of Vancouver."

"Well located downtown with lots of local eateries and shopsnear by. Is less than a 10minute walk from the skytrain station, so it is easy to get to and from the airport without having a vehicle (with minimal luggage). Amenities were wonderful, and staff were excellent and kind. Though their heating system seemed to be loud at times, still would recommend to those travelling and planning to stay donwtown Vancouver."
