"The property was very clean and always smelled good. They were very accommodating and responded quickly to our request/questions. Only thing is we stayed 5 nights and the trash cans for the unit were so tiny. But over all we loved it. Its a beautiful placed nestled in the worst area of Canada."

"The room was warm for the overnight, but we were able to ask for a fan. The location was great! If you are looking for just location, this is a great place. We were there just for the night, so it served it's purpose. Showers and bathrooms are shared and down a hall, but this was stated when you reserved."

"Not great, the pictures on the website do not match what it is..my experience is a 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4 star. Had a room on 8 floor, that was way small for the two double beds( too small for one queen I’d say) ..no storage, closet too small and narrow to open luggage rack,let alone actually put luggage on it , no space to put rac in room , forced to put suitcases on bed when needed to open.. could hear chairs scraping the floor from rooftop lounge above all night. Worst shower...
