"The Oswego is a really inviting and well maintained building that gives a "home away from home" feel. We love the windows, natural light and quality kitchens that allow for full living. The location makes our stay fully walkable and enjoyable. Next time we will try to get a room with a view of the inner harbour:)"

"We stayed in 4 other hotels during our adventures on Vancouver Island and the Fairmont was the best for Cleanliness, helpful staff, bed comfort and amenities. It costs equivalent to a neighbouring property that we found disappointing. Walk to pretty much everything you want from here and the grounds are pretty."

"The place was very nice and comfortable. Staff and services were great. Breakfast buffet is incredible! Only issue I had was with safety. We had the suite with bed upstairs and bathroom downstairs. They really need to put some small motion sensor lights on the stairs. Going down in middle of the night to use the bathroom is scary. If you turn on the lights, you will wake your partner. Hotel needs to address this before someone falls and get hurt! Other than that, the place was very nice and close to the harbor and all good stuff. Loved it!"
