"Accessibility is a real issue. Ramp to the Lobby is quite a distance from the handicap parking. Once in the lobby to check-in, you must go back outside and use another outside ramp to access the elevator and ground floor rooms. Restaurant is also not easily accessible. Apparently there is a ramp but we never saw it. Opted for room service but the order never went through to the kitchen. Waited an hour and then I went to the restaurant and re-ordered our dinner. Staff were very helpful...

"We stayed for 2 nights in a king room that was not large but well laid out and very nicely decorated with a comfy bed. The staff at breakfast was excellent, friendly and organized. The buffet provided many options and we enjoyed it. The location is perfect for those who don't mind walking less than a km to all of the attractions, theatre or sporting events. We found it very quiet with many food options nearby although there is a wonderful lobby cafe at the hotel. A very enjoyable stay!"

"Decent hotel"

"Booked a room with 2 beds… our room wasn’t ready at arrival. We arrive at 3:54 and check in is 4pm. Anyways they “moved” us to a different room and it had a bed and a pull out couch that was incredibly uncomfortable. If we were staying more than 1 night I would have said something but it wasn’t worth it due to the check in desk being in a completely different hotel than the one our room was in. The pool was also closed so we had to use the pool and hot tub at the grand Georgian which was lovely...
