"This hotel is in a great location with amazing views. Everything went well from check in to check out. It is hard to tell how nice a hotel is from a website, but Park Place London Riverwalk surpassed my expectation on every level. "

"Great experience!! After a hard time getting to the property from the Airport, we were greeted right away and checkin was seamless. Self check in with a little assistance, we were straight to the room. Hotel room (1009) had a great view of the train yard and we could only hear trains when the window was open or if the TV was off. We only stayed a night, but we seen the room attendants scrubbing the walls as we passed by another room getting cleaned, thought it was a special case, but after breakfast seen the same in a different room. After our stay, they held our bags all day so we could explore giving us peace of mind. "

"The staff was helpful. The room was quiet. The only issue I had was the first day, my room was not made up. But when I notified the front desk, the had house keeping come up and clean it while we went out to dinner."

"This hotel went above and beyond for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I couldn’t fault the staff at all they were all extremely polite and friendly to me and my daughter. They all greeted you with a smile and were all helpful. I will definitely be returning for my other daughter’s birthday and I will now always stay here when I need to be in London. "Our stay at Shangri-La The Shard, London was truly unforgettable. The room was gorgeous with incredible views, and every detail was perfect. We loved the gym, spa, pool, and the food—everything exceeded expectations. The staff were outstanding—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location is also unbeatable, with easy access to public transport and walkable to so much of the city. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return! "
