"The front desk staff were rude. I booked a room with two double beds a month ago and when I checked in they didn’t have enough so we were moved to a room with a king bed and a roll away bed. Roll away beds are not comfortable!! The front desk staff acted as if it was no big deal and and acted as if I should go somewhere else if I wasn’t happy. I told them I was coming from out of state and it was already 4:30 by then so of course I’d have to suck it up and take the room. They were so dismissive...
