"This is our fourth trip to Colony 1 at Sea Mount. We stayed there in order to get to the volcano when it was erupting. It worked out well since the condo is about 30 minutes from the volcano. The unit was well taken care of, the kitchen was nice to have so we could make breakfast, since there is no restaurant on site. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have a clothes washer too. "

"Loved the pools, flowers, views, the room was perfect and felt like a second home"

"Really loved the location and especially the pool that overlooked the ocean. It was nice that it was never busy with loud kids/people and was pretty mellow. The room we stayed in, however, was a bit run down and kind of smelled like it was cleaned with a dirty sponge and the floor looked like it was never washed, based on my socks turning black after walking around on it. "Great property across from an amazing (but crowded) beach. Dream location if you want the beach, but not necessarily the town. Great pool onsite and plenty of places to wash off sand on the property. Only dislike was that the thermostat was locked and it was too cold for me."

"Loved the view, property, kitchen, location, the 2 pools, and felt safe. Bed was really firm (we prefer soft) the shower is small (we're not small) only thing needs fixed is the shower door track needs changed somehow it leakes a ton when opening the door even after usung a squeegee. Maybe add a memory foam topper in the closet for bed. Would stay again. We loved it."

"Our family loved this property. Right on a great beach for boogie boarding or relaxing on the sand. Not so much if you are looking to relax in the water - but there are other beaches nearby that are great for that - and about 45 minutes north is a gorgeous huge beach (Hapuna). The condo is a bit dated but still has everything you need, was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. The balcony has a great view of the beach. "Great location a very short walk across the road to a fabulous beach. The room had just about everything you could want or need. Lovely pool area with both shade and sun options, comfortable loungers and a covered eating area with 3 quality gas barbecues. "

"Lovely large unit, with wonderful ocean front location. You can't get much more ocean front and the way every unit in Sea Village is sort of on the "corner" gives you a more open feeling with a view of the ocean and sunset as well as the coast looking NW toward Kona- Kailua town. I really appreciated all the little touches like 3 days worth of Kona coffee, 6 laundry pods, very well stocked kitchen with everything from plastic wraps and foil, grocery bags, staples like salt, pepper, cooking...

"Not the best for relaxation. Partial Ocean view was nice, however, Small Lanai faces busy traffic. Unit was outdated, patio door was struggle to operate & screen was even worse. Kitchen was decently stocked for cooking. Biggest disappointment was the absurdly TINY Hot Tub across the road that was barely big enough for 4 people. "
