"The property had lots to offer. The beds were comfy and the lanai was great to sit out on. The property well stocked with the exception of everyday use items to cook with like seasonings, oil, or condiments. In rentals I’ve been at previously, many people leave those items for the next group to use but this one had salt and pepper and that was it. The pool area was clean and not super busy. There was a barbecue area to cook at by the pool which was awesome. "

"The location is great. Yes, it can be a little loud sometimes but that happens when you're in a good and lively spot. I was skeptical to stay someplace without AC but the fans and screen door really cooled things down. They have coolers for beach picnics, beach towels and everything else you need. Some things could use an update (bathroom rugs) but overall we were super happy and comfortable in this condo. We will absolutely try to stay here again!"

"I loved this little condo. It had a great view the balcony was perfect for coffee in the morning. Loved the salt water pool. I didn’t swim in the regular pool but watched others. It was the perfect little getaway. Mostly quiet during the days. "

"What stands out the most is watching the sunsets while standing out on the narrow deck. Place was so clean and ready for our stay when we entered. There are 3 main mats (kitchen, bathroom and entry) are very thin and prone to buckling everything we walk over them. "The property is managed by Knutson & Associates. It is very small and was not properly cleaned. The fans were dusty, and one of the blankets had stains, which made me think it hadn’t been washed. I had to rewash the blankets myself to be sure they were clean. There’s a broom on the wall as decoration, but it was covered in cobwebs. The bathtub had sticky decals on it, and the bathroom trash can was rusty. I also had to call the management company to have one of the cabinets repaired. There are...

"Not the best for relaxation. Partial Ocean view was nice, however, Small Lanai faces busy traffic. Unit was outdated, patio door was struggle to operate & screen was even worse. Kitchen was decently stocked for cooking. Biggest disappointment was the absurdly TINY Hot Tub across the road that was barely big enough for 4 people. "

"Would never go back. This place had no A/C so it was way too hot inside even with the fans. If you park after 8pm it’s a block walk around the building just to get in due to door to the parking lot being locked up. Was never told about the construction going on upstairs that started at 8am. They were tearing up the flooring and it was so loud we couldn’t even talk to each other. Will say the view was great and it was close to everything.
