"Overall the room was clean but had a very strong musty wet smell. Was a bit noisy above us and outside the window. Was good for a just one night stay to attend a concert at the Barclays Center. Was within walking distance! Really nice complementary breakfast. Overall would recommend."

"I originally emailed the hotel to let them know I had an early morning arrival. They confirmed 3 weeks before I was supposed to arrive. Then on the night before I was arriving I received an email from the hotel asking me if I was going to show up a few hours after checkin around 3p. "Overall, I found this hotel to be beautiful, and every staff member I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my checkout experience significantly impacted what was otherwise a pleasant stay. Checkout was listed as 11:00 AM, but at around 9:00 AM, my partner and I were asleep when we heard a light knock immediately followed by someone opening our room door.
