"I 💚 Little Charlie! I asked for a room with a window facing the street.Reservations told me that the single rooms didn't face the street. I didn't want to spend extra for a bigger bed. When I checked in, I was pleasantly surprised to have a king bed with a beautiful view of 2nd Avenue! They upgraded me!! What excellent customer service!! I was so comfortable in the big spa bed. "Every thing was nice and clean, My only complaint was the bed. it was hard and not the comfortable bed you expect for the price 200 a night! oh and the coffee tasted like wet sock!!! so yea it was ok oh and they doubled charged my card with a $250 holding fee! I hope that gets put back into my card as i bought booked the hotel with you guys."
