"I had a wonderful time at The Arca. Check in & out was fast and easy. My room was beautiful, great view of the pier harbour, everything you need for a wonderful stay is included - expresso machine, mini fridge, clothes hangers, umbrella, bathroom was spacious. I didnt have breakfast here so cannot comment. Its about 10min walk to the metro with is part of the southside mall which has a supermarket, restaurants including macdonalds. "Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. "We had an amazing stay at The T. The hotel was spotless in every sense, but the highlight were the staff. The staff were extremely kind and thoughtful, in addition to being extra attentive to all our needs. We have stayed at hotels in different countries, but the level of service we received here was incomparable. A very special thanks to Kenji. We left our phone in a cab to the hotel. Unfortunately, the cab driver wasn't willing to drive back or provide an address for us to collect the phone....

"Very convenient location in a very nice part of Hong Kong. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I did not eat on site at the hotel at all. I did use the rooftop balcony for cocktails with friends and it was beautiful and service was excellent."
