Hotel Spa di South Bay

"I really enjoyed the easy parking and the friendly staff who accommodated my request for a downstairs room because I was traveling with a child. One small thing I missed was having a hot cup of coffee in the morning; the drip machine was out of order, and I noticed many used cups left behind, which made it a bit less convenient. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they were aware of the issue. It might be helpful if a sign were posted or the machine were temporarily removed when it’s not...

"Loved the room! Nice layout / architecture / design. The waterfront view was lovely to wake up to. And falling asleep to the waves? Unbeatable! Service at the front desk is also very friendly and warm :) Restaurant left something to be desired... especially for the price. But the room & concierge was fantastic!"

"Staff was top notch, they were always so friendly. Rooms were nice, views were incredible. Restaurants onsite were okay, the PCH market came in clutch many times though. Only downside is no where is walking distance so had to always Lyft elsewhere."
